1) The streaming camera doesn't have a high enough FPS rate to capture it
2) Helicopter blades often appear to move slolwy (sometimes not at all :0!) in real life, it may be an effect added
3) They're spinning slowly :P
Sometimes you see a faded set of blades in between the current set so I'm guessing it's reason 1 :3

At least they cleared this up! I do hope, like ChefDejon said, that they add some kind of multiplayer aspect. It just adds a level of fun to go on shoot outs with my brother ^____^

I've managed to get not 1, but 3 Konami IDs completed and confirmed. I guess they didn't see so much demand for the beta? Not a very good excuse, but at least they're fixing it. Wish they gave us something to do in the mean time, create characters etc. but oh well! ^____^
